"Jean-Michel Papillon, a French engraver and considered the inventor of wallpaper, started making block designs in matching, continuous patterns in 1675, and wallpaper as we know it today was on its way." http://www.wallpaperinstaller.com/wallpaper_history.html
I would like to have a few words with Mr. Papillon. He has made my life hard these past few weeks. Tonight we should rid our home of wallpaper for good and I will be very happy if I never see wallpaper again.
